When to See a Doctor

Because the symptoms of sinusitis sometimes mimic those of colds and allergies, it may be difficult to determine when to see a doctor. If you suffer from three or more of the following symptoms, it may be time to see a doctor.

• Facial pressure and pain
• Very thick yellow or green nasal discharge
• Pain in the upper teeth
• Fever
• Headache
• Nasal congestion
• Bad breath
• Cough
